
Sports Physicals will be given by appointment only at the Wetzel-Tyler Health Department on Monday, June 12th from 9am - 6pm. The cost is $20.


Every TC teacher, coach, student, and guardian will use Rooms beginning with the 2023-2024 school year.
Rooms is a communication app that will replace ALL apps like Remind, Team Reach, and Class Dojo. To access Rooms, students and guardians need to download the TC Schools app, click Rooms in the lower right corner, and sign in.
Student accounts are already set up. Sign in to the TC App with K12 credentials.

Fall sports are transitioning into setting up Rooms now; teachers will begin using rooms in August. Please set up your guardian account now so you're ready to go in August.

Students from Boreman Elementary School participated in a poster contest for bus safety. Zeva Fiber is our winner! Look at that drawing! Way to go, Zeva! Pictured with bus driver Amanda Spencer.


AIB art students were well represented at this year’s Youth Art Month Show in Parkersburg, WV, and at Arts Alive in Charleston, WV. Participants included Ava Archer for her piece entitled “Groucho Whiskers” and Analea Lydick who received 2nd place in the Elementary Division for her work “Friendly Felines.” Their work was also part of the Arts Alive showcase; Isabella Kelly’s mixed media work “Big Eyes” was also selected for the show. Congratulations, girls!





Tyler County Schools 2023-2024 School Calendar


The AIB playground is complete and ready to use! Many thanks to the CFOV Stealey Green Grant for assistance with funding of this playground project and to Davis Athletics for helping with picking out equipment and installation.







On Friday, April 14th, these students participated in the WV State Social Studies Fair. All the projects were amazing, and our students should be proud whether they placed or not.

Title 1 held their Intermediate Family Fun Night on Monday. Looks like fun was had by all who attended!











Kindergarten held a book signing party! Each student in the school wrote a short story and added it to the book. Enjoy some pictures of the kindergarten signing. Congratulations, Bobcats!











Tomorrow, Wednesday 4/5, Tyler County Schools will dismiss 3 hours early. Spring break will continue through 4/16. Students will return to school on 4/17. Enjoy the break!
